At ruvalina, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Times

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 12 business days. Total delivery time will not exceed 15 business days under normal shipping conditions.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees

Customers will not be charged customs duties or import fees. Any applicable customs charges are covered by us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us with proof of purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed upon verification of the order information.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

We do not offer pre-orders or backorders. All listed products are in stock and available for immediate purchase unless otherwise stated.
